10 Wrestlers Who Have Become More Inspiring Since They Retired

7. Scott Hall

Admittedly, Scott Hall's life is still a topsy turvy experience, one that would be ripe for a Hollywood movie. By his own admission, Hall was a bad dude during his wrestling career, but he was also a young kid handed the keys to the proverbial candy store - unable to say no to alcohol, Scott's life was gripped by the demon drink from a fairly young age.

Right up until a few years ago, Scott Hall was the kind of person many wrestling fans expected to see winding up as nothing more than a news story designed to draw as many clicks as possible on a wrestling news site, expressing regret and sorrow over the fact that the artist formerly known as Razor Ramon had passed away.

It was Diamond Dallas Page who helped Hall see the light, turning his life around somewhat and paving the way for him to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2014. Had DDP not intervened, there's a good chance that Razor may never have been honoured in this fashion, but his is an inspiring story of having great friends and facing up to personal failings.
