10 Wrestlers Who Literally Destroyed The Ring

4. Braun Strowman

Our most recent example came just last week, when Braun Strowman and Big Show joined forces to collapse yet another ring. Poor old Show must be getting sick of taking these spots by now, but it works every time, and in terms of propelling a monster’s career, this implosion may just be the most effective of the three.

Strowman is still on the rise, while Mark Henry and Brock Lesnar were already established when they broke the ring. The collapse admittedly wasn’t as shocking as the first or second time we saw it, but it still went over with the crowd, and makes Strowman look like an absolute beast ahead of his match with Roman Reigns at Payback.

Eagle-eyed fans might have seen this one coming had they noticed the lack of LED boards around the ring during last week’s Raw. Regardless, this particular Superplex brought the most destruction yet, with three of of the four ring posts completely giving way. Special mention for referee John Cone too, who fell all the way to the outside, taking what will likely be the biggest bump of his career.
