Despite being a 22-year veteran of professional wrestling, Chavo Guerrero Jr. still to this day hasn't competed in a ladder match of any kind. Uncle Eddie took part in five in total, four in WWE and one in WCW, yet Chavo was never tasked with climbing a ladder to seek victory.

The four-time Cruiserweight Champion had the run of that division for a couple of years in the mid 2000s, but was never forced to put his championship on the line in a ladder match. WCW was also notoriously indifferent to the ladder match (at least when Vince Russo wasn't around), so his lack of involvement in one in that company comes as little surprise.

Chavo is still active however, so there's time for him to break his ladder match duck yet.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
