10 Wrestlers Who Purposefully Deceived Promoters

5. Madusa

Four years later, reigning WWF Women's Champion Alundra Blayze showed up on WCW Monday Nitro and dropped Vince McMahon belt in the trash. The rebranded Madusa made it perfectly clear that she felt disrespected by McMahon's company, and willingly played along with Eric Bischoff's plan to discredit the WWF.

Vince didn't know she was going to WCW, never mind planning to bin the title.

It must've come as quite the shock to the WWF head when a lady he'd just released from contract to cut costs appeared on the rival show to talk smack. Even more shocking, Madusa proudly waved his Women's Championship around on WCW TV and symbolically threw it in the trash.

She'd cleverly deceived McMahon, who obviously didn't care much for the belt. Being honest, Vince probs didn't even think about the thing when he canned Blayze in late-1995, and he certainly didn't think she'd be so brazen as to do this.
