10 Wrestlers Who Saw WWE As A Vacation

9. Hulk Hogan & Brutus Beefcake

Best mates and former storyline brothers Hulk Hogan and Brutus Beefcake were in it for the money, honey, when they rocked back up in 1993 to completely knacker Bret Hart's maiden WWE Title run and the entire company's spring-to-summer post-WrestleMania transition.

Much of this falls on Hogan of course, but Beefcake was only too happy to take the cash and television time dedicated to their doubles scrap with Money Inc at WrestleMania IX ahead of 'The Hulkster's disgraceful vanity flex later that night.

The duo were barely present after the show, with Beefcake astonishingly never even appearing in a televised match again before bailing in August alongside Hogan when their contractual obligations had been filled. The cheeky b*stards both made major New Japan Pro Wrestling appearances in the process, most notably when Hogan buried the belt he still held ahead of a controversial King Of The Ring loss to Yokozuna in June.

Vince McMahon made more destructive decisions either side of The Megamaniacs, that were something desperately sad about the damage they'd managed to do in their short sloppy stay.
