10 Wrestlers Who Suffered The Most From WrestleMania 34

4. Asuka

While losing her undefeated streak isn't quite the grand disaster some have made it out to be, there's no doubt that Asuka slid down the rankings at WrestleMania 34.

Her aura of invincibility and her character's unique selling point are now gone. 'The Empress' isn't buried, and this loss won't be enough to completely derail her, but it does necessitate a rebuilding job - something that WWE don't exactly have a shining track record in.

It'd be a disaster if Asuka now turned into just another roster member, trading victories with the likes of Natalya and Alicia Fox. This is unlikely, but not out of the question. WWE don't often elevate more than one wrestler at a time, and with Charlotte now firmly established as the women's division's franchise player (despite her lack of championship), 'The Empress' may become peripheral.

Asuka's immediate response will be interesting. There's talk of her moving to SmackDown as part of the Superstar Shakeup, but she wasn't present on either brand's WrestleMania follow-up. Her first post-loss appearance is critical.

Let's see where it takes her.
