5. William Regal
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4IdelJfk2k Few wrestlers in history have had the talent of William Regal, but early in his career, a drug addiction hampered his performance and left his conduct unpredictable. While he had a successful run in WCW, it came to an end following a Monday Nitro match with Bill Goldberg in early 1998. Goldberg, on his way to becoming the top star in WCW, was amassing a winning streak that typically involved him squashing his opponents in under two minutes. The Regal match was different. The two went for six minutes, with Regal - who began wrestling in shoot matches at English carnivals - appearing to work stiff with the rookie. Goldberg still won cleanly, but Regal was fired shortly afterwards. While rumor has it that Regal's firing was a result of his lack of cooperation in the ring, he attests that he was told by WCW management to have a competitive match with Goldberg.
