10 Wrestlers Who Were Right To Walk Out On WWE

10. Neville (2017)

What's better? 205 Live mediocrity or AEW freedom?

To PAC, it was the latter, and he made the right choice by walking out on WWE when he did. It might not have been totally professional, and it definitely flew in the face of contractual obligations, but the former Neville (a sh*t name, to be fair) must've scanned the horizon and didn't like what was just over the hump.

He's been proven correct. WWE's faith in the Cruiserweight division has wobbled, and so has their willingness to invest energy into the 205 Live brand. Those purple ropes that once replaced red on Raw have been cast aside, and many of the guys who once filled the one-hour show have become jobbers on other brands.

That might've been Neville's fate had he not told WWE to stick it, waited out his contract with the company and then made steps towards happiness in Dragon Gate, AEW and beyond. Now, outside WWE, PAC is in control of his own destiny.
