Razor Ramon made a splash after debuting in late-1992. He was positioned as a big cheese and worthy adversary for top stars like Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior and Mr. Perfect, but his momentum slowed slightly following a fine WWF Title feud opposite Bret Hart.

Thank God someone let The Kid stay up past his bedtime then.

Seriously though, Sean Waltman's intro as The 1-2-3 Kid was special. He was jobber foil for Razor on the 17 May '93 edition of Raw, but became a big star himself after scoring an unlikely win. Later, Ramon challenged Kid to a rematch and eventually took him under his wing as a protege.

Waltman had impressed Vince McMahon, Razor and others enough to earn himself a full-time deal with the company. There aren't too many enhancement workers who can say the same thing - he went from bumping around for the heel Ramon to expediting his babyface turn.
