10 Wrestlers Who Will Never Be WWE Champion Again

8. Big Show

There's something oddly appealing about the idea of Big Show holding the WWE Title one last time. He just seems like such a nice guy, in keeping with the tradition that giant, mean-looking wrestlers are all secretly lovable teddy bears.

That said, the dude is well past his prime. He hasn't been involved in a half-decent match since a six-man tag team bout against the Wyatt Family almost four years ago (and, here, his contribution was sensibly kept to a minimum).

There's another big stumbling block here too, namely Braun Strowman (and they don't come much bigger than him). The Monster Among Men has swooped in to take Show's mantle as Monday Night Raw's resident seven-footer. If they have any sense (arf), the WWE writing team won't want to do anything to jeopardise his place on the card.

For the World's Largest Athlete, there has been plenty to take pride in over the course of the last 25 years, and if he is indeed planning to jack it in at some point in 2018 (as the rumours claim) he can head off into the sunset knowing he has nothing more to prove.
