You'd be hard pressed to find anyone behind the scenes in WCPW who has a bad word to say about Big Damo. The 'Beast Of Belfast' will forever be known as the first ever WCPW Champion, but he's also regarded as a man who deserves every ounce of success that comes his way on NXT.

As part of the Sanity faction alongside the likes of Eric Young and Nikki Cross, who just so happens to be his real-life love interest, the rebranded Killian Dain has been a smash hit. That was the case in WCPW too whether he was wrestling fellow powerhouses like Rampage or smaller workers such as Martin Kirby. Damo could wrestle all shapes and sizes.

His impassioned speech after beating Kirby at True Legacy showed what kind of man Damo is. Not content with tooting his own horn before heading to Orlando and the WWE Performance Center, the big Northern Irishman said it had been a sheer joy to work alongside the talented WCPW locker room.
