10 Wrestlers Who Would Have Made Better Managers

5. Bo Dallas

During his run in NXT, Bo Dallas was absolutely brilliant. His portrayal of the “delusional babyface” act was second-to-none, culminating in that great segment in which he was dragged kicking and screaming from the Full Sail campus.

We’ve also seen glimpses of that brilliance on the main roster, from some of his comments as “the Inspirational One” and of course his rap battle with Flo Rida in which he was clearly, genuinely the victor.

You’ll notice that most of these highlights don't relate to actual wrestling matches, per se. Which suggests that Bo’s true value lies in his entertainment factor as opposed to his technical wrestling prowess; an ingredient that makes for a vital element in being an effective manager.

Plus, they’re hardly doing anything with him anyway, especially after disbanding the Social Outcasts in light of the recent brand split. I bet a lot of people can’t even remember which roster he was drafted to.

Besides, if anything, his motivational speaker spiel is tailor-made to be applied to a managerial role. He may even be capable of giving Coach Backlund a run for his money…
