2. Emmalina

It feels like the Emmalina “makeover” vignettes have been going on for years. The returning Aussie’s debut was pushed back after being originally announced for last week, but whenever she reappears, Emmalina looks set to play a major role in Raw’s women’s division.

There just isn’t enough competition in Raw’s middle tiers at the moment, but Emma’s talent between the ropes should see her breeze past the likes of Alicia Fox. She’s a tremendously underrated wrestler, and given the prominence if her recent hype videos, WWE clearly have big plans for her. Sure, it’ll probably take a while for her to shake off the ring rust, but Emmalina is going to be a major player before long.

Emmalina’s re-debut should benefit not only her, but Dana Brooke. Brooke has struggled greatly since moving to the main roster, but the duo were always entertaining as NXT’s resident Mean Girls. This should give both Brooke and Emma a sense of purpose if they reconvene, and having Brooke as a sidekick opens up all kinds of heelish avenues to victory.

Emmalina will likely have to bide her time upon arrival, however. Sasha Banks might be out of contention for now, but Nia Jax and Bayley are way ahead of her in the pecking order. An introductory feud with Banks leading to an eventual championship opportunity sounds like a perfect transition.
