Everyone's second favourite Hardy Boy, Matt has a more than impressive ladder match CV of his own. Matt took part in 13 ladder matches during his time in WWE, with these evenly spread over standard matches (six), Money in the Bank ladder matches (four) and TLC affairs (three). Despite this spread of experience, Matt Hardy has actually only taken part in one singles ladder match in WWE, a losing effort against Edge (more on him shortly) in 2005.

Matt has tasted ladder success on just three times, all three occasions coming alongside his brother Jeff. The duo seemed to take on Edge & Christian in some form of a ladder match every month in 2000 and 2001, with The Hardyz winning the first ladder encounter between the two teams way way back in October 1999.

Not only did they win $100,000 that night, but they also took home the managerial services of Terri Runnels. Saying that, Terri eventually lost Perry Saturn to a mop, so maybe that wasn't such a great prize.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
