8. Rob Van Dam

ECW legend/bona fide future WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam’s kicks are next level good. The ones he commonly uses in his moveset like the superkick, step-over spinning heel kick, corkscrew leg drop and diving thrust kick look fantastic. Not to mention when he steps it up and gets a chair involved for the Van Daminator and Van Terminator. His moveset is mostly kicks above all else. What isn’t next level though is The Whole F'N Show’s punches. They look like tepid taps to the head than they do punches.

Mr. Monday Night strong suit is his legs, with him studying in dojos in kickboxing and martial arts. Even his weightlifting technique invention, the Van Dam Lift, is a split with his legs between two benches and lifting a dumbbell to his waist from the floor. Ever since the summer of 1996 fans have been aware Van Dam’s a leg man more than anything else.

There’s rumours that celebrities like Heidi Klum have insured their legs for $2 million. If there’s anything Rob needs insuring in the wrestling business, it’s his legs. Mind we know he’s capable with his hands backstage given when he asked Taz to 'pick a hand' when the two had heat back in the day.
