10 Wrestlers With The Worst Punches In The Business

9. Pete Dunne

With his savage facial expressions, mouthguard scowl and bruiserweight swagger he carries himself with at such a young age, fans have rallied behind Pete Dunne as a future main-roster headliner one day. And it’s hard to dispute that prediction given before the age of 26 he’d already won the NXT Tag Team Championship (with Matt Riddle) and WWE United Kingdom Championship as well as tear it up in plenty of different promotions like Progress Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling.

Dunne though has got a lot of flak online from fans for his jabs, with the suggestion his strikes are the weakest part of his moveset, with Dunne throwing his full body weight into them. It’s odd that his strikes look somewhat unrealistic given the rest of his moveset like biting his opponents and manipulating their finger joints look shockingly realistic. His forearm strikes are exceptionally good too. You must think his opponents are wishing they strapped a mouthguard in before wrestling Dunne with the force and fury he puts behind his clobbering punches.

If you want to see lifelike ferocious strikes look no further than his British Strong Style partner Tyler Bate. Each of his strikes looks like they’ve been choreographed and practiced to perfection.
