10 Wrestlers With The Worst Punches In The Business

5. Sid Vicious

Sid Vicious or Sid Justice or Sycho Sid or just Sid was an enormous monster back in his heyday. At near 7 foot and weighing over 300 pounds he came across as an uncaged animal in the squared circle. He cut spiteful promos through rabid intensity, especially in his peak when he headlined WrestleMania 13 against The Undertaker for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship and when taking on Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series 1996. His punches though; they were atrocious.

For as massive as a specimen as he was, his fist strikes looked like an immature child angrily walloping away. Especially when he went up against other giants like ‘Taker and Ultimate Warrior. He could deliver a vicious powerbomb and chokeslam but couldn’t convince fans and viewers he knew how to throw an authentic-looking punch to the face. The former 2 time WCW World Heavyweight Champion’s monster hands looked anything but devastating when he used them to take a swing.

He was impressive in near everything he did in the ring during his peak/when used properly except his punches. Strange given you would have thought he’d be skilful in using his hands given he ducked out of wrestling to go play baseball most of the time.
