10 Wrestlers WWE Has Wasted Since Last Year's WrestleMania
8. Sting
WWE had somehow managed to capture lightning in a bottle when it signed Sting to a contract in 2014, leading to a debut at 2014's Survivor Series and a feud with Triple H. Instead of capitalising on arguably the most exciting recruit WWE has ever signed, the 30-year legacy of Sting was used to make Triple H and WWE look superior at WrestleMania 31. Having suffered a serious neck injury early in his only other match, a WWE Championship loss to Seth Rollins at Night of Champions, the 13-year build-up to Sting's debut was thrown out the window and it is now uncertain if The Icon will ever wrestle again. Although it has been announced that Sting will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at this year's WrestleMania, and is still listed as an active wrestler, WWE has severely damaged Sting's reputation in the space of just 12 months.
Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
