10 Wrestlers WWE Have Already Ruined In 2022

9. Nikki A.S.H.

Though not exactly everybody was fully onboard with the switch from Nikki Cross to full-blown Almost A Superhero that came to pass in 2021, the vibrant, family-friendly schtick did at least offer the former NXT star the chance to connect with a section of the audience and even produce a largely positive response upon cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Charlotte Flair to win her first Raw Women's Championship in July.

However, hot on the heels of being thoroughly bumped out of the upper echelons of the card and subsequent pairing with Rhea Ripley in a barely thought-out run as tag champs, A.S.H. would shockingly turn on her partner in early January. And while the initial reaction to this unexpected heel switch was suitably negative at first, A.S.H.'s character has quickly devolved into the realms of lazy, deluded cartoon villain.

To go along with this, Nikki hasn't won a TV singles match since September, well and truly stepping into the role of hopeless heel designed to stare at the lights while the likes of Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley and more step over her en-route to a Show of Shows showcase, no doubt.

July feels like a lifetime ago.
