Samoa Joe has found himself topping lists when it comes to the best promo in the WWE, and it's really not hard to see why. Joe has always given off a level of intensity that just felt real. Hell, he talked down Brock Lesnar before and it actually felt like someone's arm was going to be broken that night. But this new, dastardly Joe that's going around threatening the Styles family? It's awful, disgusting, despicable, and exactly what a heel should be.
Total badass no-care Joe is the best Joe. Not only does he love a good brawl, but he too is a prizefighter. 'The Samoan Submission Specialist' will do anything necessary if it's worthwhile to him. Showing off his incredible focus mixed with this newfound aggression by having him get into the heads of his opponents and win the mental war is just straight up good character work.
No one wants to see AJ Styles dethroned from his spot at the top of SmackDown Live!, but Joe just might be the right man to steal the crown.
