7. Tessa Blanchard

Tessa Blanchard has a few notable things going for her. She's only 22 years old, has wrestling lineage (her father is ex-Four Horsemen machine Tully Blanchard), and she's already been on WWE's stage as part of the Mae Young Classic Tournament last summer.

On top of that, Blanchard has been in a relationship with NXT star Ricochet for years, and she's bound to have picked up a thing or two from the high-flying maestro.

Having recently popped up in Impact Wrestling, Tessa can use that platform to catch WWE's attention. Amidst a female revolution and having moved on from flicking through model catalogues like they did before, the promotion are more aware than ever of actual female wrestling talent,. Blanchard, who isn't exactly hard on the eye either, ticks a lot of boxes then.

WWE may want to see how she develops, but they really shouldn't bother playing any kind of waiting game. The sooner Blanchard is in the WWE system, the sooner she'll get into the swing of things. She's perfect for NXT now.
