10 Wrestlers You Probably Won’t See In WWE Again

3. Jon Moxley

If you ever needed a reminder of just how creatively oppressed talents signed to WWE actually are, then look no further than Jon Moxley.

In WWE, Moxley was consistently handed scripts and told to recite whatever Vince McMahon and co had written down verbatim. This eventually led to some seriously odd promos towards the end of 2018 - like the one which involved him taking a vaccine shot in the ass - and that was when the performer decided enough was enough.

Fans were understandably excited for what the future would hold for the then-Dean Ambrose when he announced he would be legitimately leaving WWE in April 2019, but nobody expected him to showcase just how badly he'd been used in McMahon's world so soon after his exit.

After showing up at Double or Nothing in May, Moxley became one of the biggest names in all of wrestling seemingly overnight and currently reigns as both the IWGP United States Champion and AEW World Champion.

With the star not exactly keeping his opinions on WWE's over-produced product to himself since departing, you can all but guarantee we won't see the former WWE Champion and Shield member in McMahon's ring ever again.
