10 Wrestling April Fools That Would Really Suck

9. Post-WrestleMania Raw Audience Revealed To Be Paid Actors

Roman Pheasant One thing everyone can agree on is that the Monday Night Raw audience immediately following WrestleMania is one of the most rowdy crowds WWE plays before all year. Ringside announcer Jerry 'The King' Lawler has remarked that it's almost like the promotion enters 'Bizarro World' on the evening, as the general reactions usually afforded to the heels and babyfaces in the company are tossed aside. It makes for a highly unique atmosphere, that much is for sure, but how crazy would it be if the men, women and children in the stands were all revealed to be nothing more than paid actors, financially compensated by WWE for their work. Obviously, this isn't the case, and it seems that it's more to do with the fact there are more hardcore fans interested in attending Raw just after 'Mania, because they know there's a good chance they'll see a memorable show. Plants are nothing new in wrestling, as promotions all across the land have always wanted to somewhat manipulate what their fan base is cheering and booing for. This would be taking things to the extreme however, booking an entire 20,000 capacity venue full of people to cheer, chant, boo and generally act nuts!
