10 Wrestling Bouts From Other Promotions That Need Rematches In WWE

5. Kevin Owens Vs. Roderick Strong

"Mr. ROH" Roderick Strong spent 13 years in the United States' most successful independent promotion, but all good things must come to an end. Last week, the company announced he was leaving, with his final date coming on Saturday, 25 June. Given that WWE has been rumored to have interest in Strong, most feel it's inevitable that he'll end up with the sports entertainment giant.

Strong is tailor-made for NXT, but once he finishes up his time there and heads to the main roster, there's no one better for him to tangle with than Kevin Owens. The two ultra-aggressive fighters met a couple of times in Ring of Honor, though they never had that "classic" match. Clearly, there's unfinished business.

Kevin Owens likes to use his size to bully opponents, but with Roderick Strong, that wouldn't be possible. Even though Roddy is ostensibly a cruiserweight, he's one of the most explosive, overpowering wrestlers in the industry. His stature seems less important when he comes in with fists and feet flying, and he might as well weigh 275 pounds when he busts out the backbreakers.

Still, is it enough to put Owens away? Can he match the former Intercontinental Champion when it comes to dastardly deeds? There's only one way to find out.
