Being impersonated clearly runs in the family, as Kane's brother also had an imposter problem in 1994.

After losing to Yokozuna at the Royal Rumble, the Deadman vanished from WWE TV until Ted DiBiase "brought him back".

In actuality, DiBiase's version of the Phenom was Brian Lee in a dime store Undertaker costume. Not that this fooled the announcers though, who acted as if this was the real deal the entire time!

Things came to a head at SummerSlam, where DiBiase's Undertaker fought the real Undertaker managed by Paul Bearer. This was Mark Calaway's first appearance on WWE TV since the Rumble and, once the two men were stood next to each other, it was super apparent that they looked nothing alike.

Real Taker beat fake Taker in a very boring match that somehow main evented the show over Bret Hart vs Owen Hart for the WWE title.

Lee's version was never heard from again, although he would return to WWE in 1997... as Chainz... a member of the Disciples of Apocalypse.

Ah well, at least he'll always have those few months as the Undertaker to cherish.
