9. Angelina Love's WWE Debut Was Cut As She Sat In The Crowd
It must have been ever-so-slightly humiliating for poor Angelina Love to see her big WWE TV debut canned mere moments before it was scheduled to happen. Fans in attendance must have known Love was a star just by looking at her; dolled up to the nines, Angelina didn't look like an ordinary fan.
Due to debut in 2006 as Matt Hardy's new on-screen girlfriend, Love told the Pancakes & Powerslams show how she was approached by a production worker and told the bad news right before her planned segment on SmackDown. Within seconds, her dream disappeared into nothing and the idea was cancelled live on air.
Later, Love was told that Vince McMahon had decided to rewrite the entire episode of SmackDown right after Angelina had taken her seat in preparation for her big moment. Her segment with Hardy was one of several cut from the broadcast, but nobody told her until seconds before it was due to shoot.
