Demon supporters should put the pitchforks away, because even Finn Bálor preferred to give the LGBTQ community some spotlight at WrestleMania 34. In fact, the Irishman viewed his rainbow-splashed entrance as an an honour and thinks it was more important than focusing on himself.

For someone who was making his 'Mania debut, that's quite unselfish.

Bálor shared this with Sports Illustrated, and also said that fans who would have preferred to see him come out for the opening Triple Threat as the Demon should remember that the people behind him on the stage are often excluded in life. To him, WrestleMania was more about giving those folks a platform to express themselves.

The last time Finn broke out his Demon guise was for that awful feud with Bray Wyatt last year. A small part of him probably wanted to make up for that at 'Mania and put on a show, but he was more concerned with spreading the message of respect. That, in itself, deserves respect.
