10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (June 1)

1. Titus O'Neil Punched Daniel Bryan For Real After His GRR Fall

Titus O Neil

Titus O'Neil's unfortunate fall at the Greatest Royal Rumble show in Saudi Arabia will be replayed for years to come. Like a modern-day Shockmaster, Titus almost brained himself on the ring apron by tripping over ring mats during his entrance.

Fired up and very likely embarrassed, O'Neil entered the ring all guns blazing and pasted the sh*t out of Daniel Bryan. That is not a joke.

Bryan told Inside The Ropes that Titus smashed him with some seriously stiff punches as soon as he entered the match. Watch clips of the moment back (see the featured .gif for this piece) and it's clear to see that Daniel was miffed at how hard O'Neil was punching him.

Immediately, Bryan wanted to give Titus a receipt. Then, he sat back and spotted replays of the fall on the big screen and decided to leave him alone instead. Poor Titus had been through enough for one evening, and the last thing he needed was an angry Bryan punching him back.
