As aforementioned during the intro here, Dean Ambrose hasn't wrestled at all since going down with a triceps injury last December. Somehow, he's still wrestled the most matches in WWE since 2015 despite being benched for almost six months.

According to research carried out by Chris Harrington of Wrestlenomics, Ambrose has worked a whopping 586 bouts over the past three years. Roman Reigns is catching up on him with 576, and the chasing pack also includes Cesaro (556) and Kevin Owens (543).

In other words, Dean remains WWE's biggest workhorse and rarely (if ever) misses a date when healthy.

Lord only knows what number he'd be at right now had he not suffered that injury before Christmas. Maybe Reigns should think twice the next time he dubs himself the hardest-working guy in the company to put himself over in promos.
