News flash: Brock Lesnar's squash win on the debut edition of SmackDown on FOX wasn't Kofi Kingston's lowest WWE moment. You'd have to reach far back into the earliest days of his career for that; 2008 was way worse for Kofi's confidence than losing the WWE Title ever could be 11 years later.

Jamaican him crazy, Vince.

Before debuting on the old ECW brand, Kingston recorded a few vignettes that saw him stopping bullies on a beach and saying stock catchphrases like, "Uh oh, it looks like there's some trouble... in paradise." When it came time for the first one to air, Kofi eagerly sprinted to Gorilla, grabbed a headset and listened in on what officials were saying.

According to Kofi on talkSPORT, it wasn't positive. McMahon could be heard saying, "Oh, these are barely, barely passable", and Kingston's heart hit the floor. He believed at that moment he was dead in the water and wouldn't even get the chance to wrestle on television.
