5. Hulk Hogan Claims He Spent More Time With Randy Savage Than Anybody
WWE received a fair amount of back lash from outside sources when it was announced that Hulk Hogan would be the one to help induct Randy Savage into this year's WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony. Hogan and Savage had a notoriously difficult relationship, one which seemed to yo-yo up and down wildly over the years - sometimes, the men appeared the best of friends, and other periods had them at each other's throats. Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, was also involved in the induction, but Hogan was giving the vast majority of time to tell stories about Savage and try to make peace with their controversial relationship. Recanting a story about bumping into his former peer later in his life, Hulk says that he was pleased to see Randy looking truly happy, and it was just like old times when the duo spent a lot of time with one another. Speaking during a recent interview, the Hulkster remarked that he spent more time with Savage than perhaps anybody, including his late-wife Miss. Elizabeth. That's quite the claim, considering all the stories about Randy rarely letting Liz out of his sight, and even lobbying to have her accompany him to ringside so that he could keep a close eye on her. Is it really plausible that Hulk and Randy spent more time together than they did with anybody else?
