9. Road Warrior Animal Hates The Ascension

Being a pale imitation is not something Road Warrior Animal believes The Ascension want to be in 2017. Giving his thoughts to The Hannibal TV on YouTube, the legendary tag-team star said he was disappointed to see WWE continue to use a team that mimics The Legion Of Doom so poorly.

Konnor and Viktor haven't experienced much success on WWE's main roster since moving up from NXT in 2014. Holding the NXT Tag-Team Titles for a colossal 364 days did little for The Ascension when they inevitably moved to shows like Raw and SmackDown, and the face-painted duo have struggled to make an impact ever since.

In Animal's mind, the SmackDown team need to "quit trying to be The Road Warriors, because they're never going to be The Road Warriors".

Even though he gave praise to The New Day, American Alpha, and the team of Enzo Amore and Big Cass, the former WWE Tag Champ said he couldn't stand The Ascension or their cheap knock-off LOD costumes, because it's far from original.
