When Jerry Lawler caught wind that WWE were planning a show in Saudi Arabia and wanted both he and Jim Ross to help out with the Kickoff show, he was excited. Soon, that excitement changed to worry when the "King" thought about his long-standing nickname.

On his Dinner With The King podcast, Lawler said he began to fret that the royal family in Saudi might view his ring name as an insult.

The last thing Jerry wants to do is cause any problems for WWE in a new country, but it's unlikely to be a major issue. That's speculation though. Lawler isn't so sure, and he said on the podcast that he worried the royals of such a political country would be offended by his mock title.

It wouldn't sound right for WWE to introduce Lawler without the "King' moniker, or without his trademark entrance music. In Jerry's mind however, it's a distinct possibility. Does he know something that the rest of us don't?
