John Cena pulled the wool over a lot of eyes recently. During a press conference designed to promote WrestleMania 33, Cena said that he'd be in attendance for the event, but would have to unfortunately rule himself out of this year's pay-per-view.

That was a ruse and Cena appeared briefly alongside The Rock to combat The Wyatt Family.

It's still likely to be a few months before WWE's franchise player can come back full time to the company. That hasn't kept him out of the public eye, and Cena recently conducted a short interview with TMZ Sports about his health and general well-being.

Intriguingly, the multi-time World Champ said during the chat that he would be interested in donating his brain to science upon his passing. If it would help the medical world, Cena stated he'd be willing to consider the idea. That's not the kind of fact people may expect to get from a John Cena interview.

The subject was broached following a question about concussions in sports, an issue Cena feels very strongly about.
