The period between 2006-2008 was huge for Edge. Coming into his own as a main event level heel in WWE, the Canadian also worked long programs against legends like The Undertaker. It's almost funny to think of now, but TNA sent feelers out to Edge during that period. Why would he leave a company that was giving him so much?

Amazingly, Edge actually considered the offer when his WWE contract started ticking down. Unsure what the future held, he was also aware that his best friend was tearing it up in TNA and had experienced a new lease of life. The thought of being re-aligned with Christian and working on top alongside his childhood buddy was appealing.

Edge dropped this bombshell on the E&C Pod Of Awesomeness, admitting he was tempted to see what he could achieve elsewhere with friends and a lighter schedule. Eventually, he decided that WWE was his home and that loyalty topped any desire to flee the nest.
