Naming every single New World Order member would be a tall order. WCW diluted their best-ever creation to the point of saturation, and it was hardly necessary. It's not like Horace Hogan benefitted from being "4 Lyfe", was it? Still, the company were keen to maximise those merch dollars.

That's why the Latino World Order was created, and it was Jason Hervey's idea.

According to Eric Bischoff's '83 Weeks' pod, Wonder Years star Hervey hit him with the LWO concept during a meeting with Mandalay Sports. Bisch isn't sure if Jason did so as a joke, but he loved it so much he decided some of the Cruiserweights filling up his brimming roster needed that nWo rub.

That's why Eddie Guerrero, La Parka and friends began referring to themselves as a Latin spin-off from the core group. Despite being short-lived and another reason why the nWo gimmick spiralled out of control, the LWO shirts sold a ton and made WCW some worthwhile cash.
