To hardcore grapple-fans, Kenny Omega is one of the best wrestlers on the planet today. He's everything that's right with the industry, and isn't necessarily driven by the need to make as much money as he can, especially when it comes at the expense of creative freedom.

To his old classmates at Transcona's Collegiate Institute though, the future Omega was a super-smart dude who also loved playing class clown. A post on Reddit showed this picture of the real-life Tyson Smith's valedictorian address to his fellow students. It's a pretty fun read that shows his lighter side.

Kenny Omega: borderline-genius level goof ball.

There's a zaniness in the guy's words. For example, the 2001 address tells how he believed high school would be like the TV show Boy Meets World. Deftly, the wordsmith then dips out of pop culture referencing to tell how the friends he made were better than those from any comedic sitcom. Aww.
