8. Ric Flair Still Does 500 Squats Per Day

Speaking of fear, that exact emotion coursed through the body of the legendary Ric Flair during his nasty illness episode last year. In 2017, the 'Nature Boy' thought his cards were marked and he might actually pass away. Now, he's back in better health, doesn't drink as much and admitted to Steve Austin's pod that he's thankful for every day.

The crazy old b*stard still does 500 free-standing squats every day too.

Think about that; Ric, aged 69, gets up every morning and religiously works his way through five hundred squats to keep himself limber. 12 months ago, that would've been impossible, and it speaks volumes of the man's dedication to getting his health back on track. According to him, docs are fine with his exercise routine.

Provided Flair doesn't go overboard (500 squats makes us feel ill), he's also allowed to take the odd bump in the ring. He didn't go into details on WWE's opinion on this, but they're surely unlikely to ever book him to do anything physical again.
