Going from regular heel to hated super-heel in one fell swoop, the actions of Jake 'The Snake' Roberts shortly before the 1991 Survivor Series have become infamous. Literally turning his snake on Randy Savage and sowing the seeds for a match at the special This Tuesday In Texas pay-per-view, the villainous Jake would go one step further on that show.

Confronted by an emotional Miss Elizabeth while he had Randy helpless inside the ring, Jake shockingly slapped Savage's woman in one of the most controversial angles the WWF had ever produced.

Speaking with Eric Bischoff on his Bischoff On Wrestling podcast, the WWE Hall Of Fame inductee went on to detail a powerful moment when Randy later visited Elizabeth's parents.

Completely disgusted that his daughter had been physically harmed and feeling Randy had broken a promise to him, Elizabeth's father actually pulled a gun on Savage and warned him to stay away from the house. Left with no other option, Randy put all the heat on Roberts, acted as though the situation was real and vowed to get revenge.
