Come show time at the Los Angeles Sports Arena on March 24, 1991, a restless Slaughter sought out peace and quiet. Telling The Roman Show all about his routine on the day, the storyline yin to Hogan's yang said he wished to be away from any noise so he could think about what he was going to do.

Slaughter was very much aware that he'd be treated with contempt by almost everyone he came into contact with that day. Therefore, a little solitude was something he looked forward to before fans started arriving.
