Sasha Banks won her first NXT Women's Title at TakeOver: Rival in February 2015. It was a huge moment for the newly-crowned 'Legit Boss', because it showed WWE had full faith in her new heel character. The win had a deeper meaning for Banks; she beat her buddies Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bayley to bag the belt.

When she returned backstage, Triple H pulled her aside for a quick word. It wasn't quite a congratulations.

Trips wanted to know why Sasha had looked so upset and angry when she held the title in her hands mid-ring. That's when Banks, who was speaking on Edge and Christian's 'Pod Of Awesomeness' said she broke down in tears and couldn't stop smiling. After pulling it together, she told her mentor she couldn't smile out there.

Banks believed grinning from ear-to-ear would've contravened her hard work as a heel. To the 'Boss', winning was a way of life. It was expected, and so she wouldn't start gushing about snagging championships. That's some pretty cool insight.
