This past week on Monday Night Raw, Sheamus defeated Roman Reigns by countout, securing his 200th win on WWE television since his debut on the main roster back in 2009. According to numerous sources, this makes the big Irishman the first WWE star to reach the milestone, ahead of even the likes of John Cena and Randy Orton.

For many people, this is a surprising statistic, because 200 wins on television doesn't seem all that many, especially given the number of shows the company produce in the modern era. In fact, many fans were likely under the impression that guys like John Cena had already surpassed the figure, but it seems that the 'Celtic Warrior' is the first to do so.

Talking up his achievements on Twitter, Sheamus remarked - in character - that he was one of the best ever, if not the greatest star to ever grace the promotion, due to his accomplishments. Surely, this is something WWE's writing staff will play on, especially if rumours are true that creative are interested in making the big man a future WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
