On August 24th, 2014, Vince McMahon will turn 70 years old. Over the past few years, the single most powerful man in the entire wrestling industry has largely stepped away from his role on-screen with WWE, and only makes the odd appearance every now and then. Still maintaining a hefty schedule day-to-day, the boss spoke to Muscle & Fitness recently about how he manages to keep up his insane training regimen.

According to Vince himself, 'cheat days' and being able to allow for failure are critical to keeping him focused and working hard in the gym. Perhaps stunningly, McMahon says he's not driven by ego lifting with weights, instead only looking to improve his own gains and defeat his own personal best.

For a man who reportedly gets upset over the simple act of sneezing (because he can't control it, or so says Paul Heyman), it's funny to think that McMahon will happily sit on one of these 'cheat days' and devour entire boxes of Oreo cookies, a biscuit he claims is his favourite. Slamming pizza and hot dogs down his gullet is also a Vince favourite during off days, which must be quite the sight!
