A true 'blink and you'll miss it' proposition, Eric Escobar didn't spend an awful lot of time on the main WWE roster. The bulk of his time with the company was spent in the old FCW developmental territory, although he did have a brief stint on SmackDown in 2009. Incredibly, he was managed by Vickie Guerreo for much of that short period.

Shortly after being revealed as Guerrero's new love interest, he was dropped by the SmackDown General Manager in storyline and then quickly released just a few months later.

Back in his more fruitful FCW days, Escobar faced the likes of Sheamus on numerous occasions, and he told an interesting story to the Pancakes & Powerslams Show about that time.

For a while, Escobar had been hearing that the Irishman liked to work stiff. He'd been listening to complaints about this from other wrestlers, but reserved judgement until facing Sheamus himself. During their match, Sheamus hit Eric several times with hard strikes, angering Escobar.

Looking to stem the tide before he was overwhelmed, Escobar hit back. Nothing was said between both men, but Escobar claims he never had any problems with Sheamus being too stiff again.
