WWE is a micro-managed world where everybody knows everything that's going on at all times, right? Not quite, at least not according to Michael Cole. Raw's lead announcer told Sky Sports Lock Up this week that he specifically asks not to know anything major that's going to happen around WrestleMania time.

Cole didn't even know that The Hardy Boyz were going to bound onto stage in Orlando at 'Mania 33 and become the new Raw Tag-Team Champions. On that note, he didn't have a clue that Brock Lesnar would beat The Undertaker at 'Mania XXX and end the legend's long-running win streak.

It's understandable if some find this hard to believe. After all, it's in Cole's interest to know things so he can properly sell them to the audience. Jim Ross has said similar things about his career however, so it's not inconceivable that Michael is telling the truth, and his benightedness is designed to increase his authenticity.

Blissful ignorance or not, he probably still knows that Roman Reigns is going to beat Lesnar and become Universal Champ at 'Mania 34. Ahem.
