To this day, Kevin Nash counts Scott Hall as one of his closest friends. Throughout their careers, the pair have been largely inseparable since meeting, making millions of dollars together in companies like WWE and WCW. Crucially, Nash doesn't only see Hall as a close buddy, he views him as one of wrestling's greatest ever minds.

During one of the Timeline interviews produced by Kayfabe Commentaries, the former World Champion said that whenever Scott gave him advice he was willing to listen. On one occasion, the pair had just completed a tag match in WCW. Walking back down the aisle, Nash stopped to acknowledge the fans, pulling a bodybuilding pose as he did so.

Immediately, Hall turned his head and addressed his partner. On the down low, Scott said that Nash should never try to make his body a main selling point. He then followed that up by saying that the body is the first thing to go for a pro wrestler, so they should focus on other aspects to get over.

Nash has never forgotten this advice (even though he's as jacked as ever at 56 years of age).
