At Money In The Bank 2010, Drew McIntyre worked with Kane, Big Show, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston and Matt Hardy in the opening World Heavyweight Title contract match. One of the bout's bigger spots called for Kofi to drop a leg on Drew from atop a ladder through the announce desk.

When he did, McIntyre was knocked unconscious. In an interview with Vicente Beltran, the big Scot said it took him several minutes to come back around, and he playfully poked fun at himself for what happened next. After regaining consciousness, McIntyre wondered why some of his peers and thousands of fans were in his bedroom.

He thought he was dreaming.

Kofi had landed on his chest but slipped over onto Drew's head. That knocked him goofy and led to McIntyre thinking he was tucked up in his childhood bed back in Scotland. It took him a good few minutes to regain his bearings and continue the match.
