After hitting some wrestlers with poor pay offs in his Memphis territory, Jerry Lawler was hardly surprised to receive a frosty reception from guys like Skinner in the WWF. Arriving in 1993, Lawler also knew that The Nasty boys were notorious ribbers, but he didn't expect anybody to take a dump in his crown whilst he relaxed in the showers.

Via his Dinner With The King podcast, Jerry said it was Jimmy Hart who told him about the craptacular practical joke, and that he didn't actually lay eyes on the unfortunate crown. One thing Lawler did do though was march into Vince McMahon's office and tell him it was probably best he leave the WWF if the locker room didn't want him there.

McMahon sent out word that his wrestlers were to cease ribbing 'The King', something that could have created more heat amongst the boys towards Lawler. After nipping any resentment in the bud, Jerry claims he had a smooth ride backstage.
