Completely enamoured by the nWo at the time, Eric Bischoff couldn't see that others in the mid-card were trying their best to get over too. On an episode of his Bischoff On Wrestling podcast, Eric admitted that he didn't pay much attention to Raven and just didn't get his Flock.

Not mincing his words, Bischoff flat out said that he hated Raven's Flock. Although he was a fan of Billy Kidman, the WCW boss didn't feel that wrestling fans were relating to the grunge gimmick Raven and his cronies used. Sadly for Bischoff, fans can look back on the WWE Network to see that Raven was one of WCW's most over non-nWo acts during the late-90's.

The group never had a hope in hell of lasting though. If Bischoff felt that way, then just imagine how stuffy suits involved in Ted Turner's company looked at the ragged, Kurt Cobain-esque Raven character. The Flock gave misfits like Lodi, Scotty Riggs and Sick Boy something meaningful to do. That shouldn't be forgotten, even if Bischoff detested it.
