Jeff Jarret rarely covered himself in glory during his time in the WWF, especially during 1999 when his gimmick involved him enthusiastically degrading women for daring to exist in a way that did not make his life more convenient. This gimmick was designed to put him into a feud with Chyna, and resulted in a Good Housekeeping Match at No Mercy 1999.

This was a hardcore match for the Intercontinental Championship, where the ring was surrounded by 'household' objects like ironing boards and kitchen sinks, because that's the only thing anybody could think of that had to do with women. The idea of a match literally defined by sexism isn't going to wash in WWE today, if only because the PR would be appalling and mainstream news outlets are unlikely to appreciate the argument of sexism being okay because it's a heel doing it.

If the women's wrestling revolution in the WWE is ever to be fully realised, this is exactly the sort of match that can't happen any more.
